Availability
All pieces are sold on a first come, first served basis. On occasion, the piece you have inquired about or purchased via our website may no longer be available as we also sell through our retail gallery, other online stores, and auctions.  We will refund your purchase if this is the case. We make every effort to update our systems to prevent this from occurring.

Images
We make every effort to ensure the image you see on our website is an accurate representation of the colors and condition of the piece. However, please note that we are unable to make gaurantees regarding the accuracy of colors you see on your monitor, to those in the original. The colors and resolution vary with different computer monitors. If you would like to see additional images of a particular piece, please contact us at 970-349-1903 or contact us.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express on our secure server. If you wish to pay via Paypal or with a check (US Dollars drawn on a US Bank only please) we will need to wait for the funds to clear our bank before we ship your order. Our Paypal account is llucas@rmi.net.  Due to fraud, we may not always accept overseas credit card purchases. If you wish to purchase via Bank Wire Transfer please contact us at 970-349-1903 for details.

Terms
Sales tax will be added for all residents of Colorado, at 2.9%. All prices are net and do not include shipping charges. Shipping is charged at checkout.
Prices on our website are NOT GUARANTEED as at times, the market escalates prices on artwork or we may have mistyped a price on our website. We have a large inventory and a small staff and we make every effort to keep our prices up to date but they are not guaranteed.

Shipping
We offer full service packing and shipping and our pieces are always carefully wrapped and packaged. Please advise us at the time of your purchase, if you prefer a particular packaging method. With larger framed pieces and paintings we will have them professionally crated or packed.
All pieces are shipped via UPS Ground Service or FedEx Ground Service (unless otherwise requested) and charges are calculated at cost, via our website. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All pieces are insured at their “price paid for” value. Certain pieces may require additional packaging charges, we will contact you for approval ONLY IF the additional packaging charges will be greater than $15.
UPS Ground domestic shipping times will vary but typically take from one to two weeks.   
International shipping charges are based on actual costs, determined by weight, size, insured amount, and destination of your package. We will select the best and least expensive method. These charges are not reflected on the website and we will inform you of the cost, prior to shipping.
If any pieces arrive damaged please save all shipping materials and contact us immediately at 970-349-1903 or contact us. If you are present when an obviously damaged package is delivered please request the shipper or delivery person to formally note the damage by WRITING IT ON HIS AND YOUR documents or receipt.

Warranty and Returns
Pieces may be returned, WITHIN FIVE DAYS of receipt, only if they do not match our description. Please notify us prior to returning any pieces and make certain they are packed and shipped as they were packed and shipped to you, via the same shipping company. All returns must be insured for their purchase price value and a shipment tracking number provided to the Lucille Lucas Gallery. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Secure Shopping
We offer a secure shopping cart when ordering. Checking out is through our credit card servicer's secure electronic point-of-sale system. Your credit card number is transmitted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, a current accepted, standardized encryption method supported by leading web browsers. When you place items in your shopping cart or check your shopping cart, your web browser will inform you that you are transmitting data openly over the internet. Once you enter your credit card details, you will note there are unbroken lock symbols, indicating you are in a secure environment.
